About the role
This is a supervisory role, leading our 30+ housekeeping team and reporting directly to the Hospitality Services Manager.

Key requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience preferably in the housekeeping services industry
- Ability to assign tasks, establish standards, train staff, and manage performance.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with staff, patients, and other departments.
- Rostering experience, inventory management, and record-keeping
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in a physically challenging environment
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment, including infection control standards.
- Flexible and available to work all shifts on a rotating roster.
